Sport and physical pastimes

As with other parishes and communities Sprowston had many sports clubs and groups catering for all tastes from the genteel to the real rough and tumble. It certainly gave the inhabitants the chance both enjoy the physical activity but in many cases to represent “their” Parish, Church, school or club and in some instances the County of Norfolk. We are starting with the clubs and groups which we at present hold some details about. Unfortunately much of this is rather scant and we rely on visitors to the site to update and add other sports clubs to this site. Contact details are on the main page.
