Bewit Road
Bewit road was just a cul de sac off Cere Road in 1963/64, part of the housing development done by Hackett Builders. H. G. Lomax started to build on the field adjacent to this build; the site ran alongside Blue Boar Lane and Wroxham Road, which had existing dwellings on both of these, built before the 1940`s. People moved into the new homes on the H. G. Lomax site in early 1965, initially Linacre Avenue did not go through to the Blue Boar Lane and Bewit Road was blocked by the hedge boundary, and it was sometime before the Avenue and Road was cut into Blue Boar Lane and Linacre Avenue. Bewit Road runs from Linacre Avenue to Cere Road.
