Ask many Sprowston residents where Oaktree Drive is and they will look at you blankly, ask where the War Memorial Cottages are and you will be told Mousehold Lane. Yes this is in a way correct but when the cottages were built after the First World War they had their own dedicated road, Oaktree Drive.
