The road in question joined [[Sprowston Road]] a short distance on the Wroxham side of Wall Road but instead was in the direction of Mousehold heath. The road was very short and only had a small number of residential homes reputed to be similar to those on [[Hooper Lane]]. At the top were allotments which were prevalent in such areas where gardens were only small.
